When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2018, at around 02:40, the Defendant: (a) transferred to C Hospital located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to 119 hours in the patient waiting room; (b) 34 hours in the emergency room, without any justifiable reason, distorted victims, such as victim D (ma), victim E (ma), and victim F (ma 26 years old), and multiple people waiting for medical treatment in the surrounding areas; and (c) sexually insultd victims by “the victims of bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit son, flame, pacta, pacta, and humbing shume” while the victims were waiting for medical treatment in the surrounding areas.
