Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2018, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a BM3 car in the direction of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.130% from the 2km section from the Incheon Viewing road located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu to the front road of the Women's High School for Human Life, Nam-gu, Incheon.
