1. The Plaintiff, Defendant Incorporated Foundation B, KRW 45,109,93, and Defendant C, KRW 59,686,508, and each of them on June 27, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1) The network D and the network E are married to and with children F (Death on August 8, 2018, hereinafter “the deceased”).

(2) Defendant B is a temple to which the deceased belongs, and Defendant C (legal name: M) is the representative of the deceased, and Defendant C (legal name: M) is the representative of the above seafarer. On August 7, 2018, Q, including withdrawal of deposits, from the deceased’s account under the name of the deceased, withdrawn KRW 1,361,567,251 (hereinafter “the instant deposit”) from the Scooperative account (Account Number: T; hereinafter “S account in the name of the Deceased”) under the deceased’s name and transferred KRW 1,361,567,251 (hereinafter “the instant deposit”) to the Scooperative account in the name of Q on the same day, and then withdrawn KRW 500,000,000 by cashier’s checks on October 5, 2018.

On August 16, 2018, Defendant C withdrawn KRW 100,000,00 from the Scooperative account in the above Q Q’s name, and deposited KRW 300,000,00 in the S Cooperative’s account in the name of W (X) on the same day. On August 20, 2018, Defendant C withdrawn KRW 300,000 from the S Cooperative’s account in the above Q’s name to deposit KRW 100,00,000 among them in the S Cooperative’s welfare-based deposit account in Q’s name on the same day.
