Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On June 22, 2011, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Western District Court. On March 30, 2012, A was sentenced to one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Suwon District Court. On March 30, 2012, A was released on June 30, 201 and the period of parole was expired on November 4, 2014.

Defendant

B sentenced to the suspended sentence of ten months on July 24, 2009 for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, sentenced to the imprisonment of four months on December 18, 2009 with prison labor for larceny, etc., on March 12, 2010, in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch's Ansan Branch's Ansan Branch's imprisonment with prison labor for three months on March 12, 2010, and the execution of the sentence was completed on October 24, 2012 by the Seoul Western District Court's Seoul Western District Court's imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months on June 22, 2012.
