1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the subsequent order of payment shall be revoked.

The defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 1, 1982, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as an associate professor at a medical college operated by the Defendant as of July 1, 1982, and was promoted as an associate professor at a medical college on October 1, 1984. Article 25 (5) of the above personnel regulations provides that "the teachers subject to retirement age guarantee shall hold a doctorate in principle, but in cases of teachers who do not hold a doctorate, the cumulative recognized research achievement shall be at least 1,00 after acquiring a bachelor's degree pursuant to the Regulations on the Evaluation of Teachers' Duties and shall meet at least one of the following achievements."
