Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

【Before the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court on July 4, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2013.

【A person who removes or dismantles a structure or facility containing asbestos】 shall comply with the working standards for dismantling or removing asbestos prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Nevertheless, from May 14, 2013 to the next day, the Defendant employed 9 workers at the site of removal works of the fourth and fifth floors in Sinpo City from May 14, 2013, and did not comply with the working standards for the removal and removal of asbestos, while performing the removal and removal work of a tent text and walls containing asbestos.
