A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2012, at around 16:18, the Defendant operated a gallon car without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of about 700 meters from the front side of the Yacheon-gun, Sincheon-gu, Magna, Sincheon-si to the front side of the legal history located in the same military discipline.
