1. Defendant A and B’s co-principal defendants harshly known that Defendant B was a juvenile through Internet hosting, and had a sexual relationship with Defendant B, and did not remove money from this.

On December 27, 2012, the Defendants: (a) had K conduct Internet hosting and have low-priced vehicles; (b) had been punished by fine for men; and (c) K had access to the “L” website, which is an Internet hosting site, and (d) had engaged in hosting with C while driving as Defendant B.

B On December 29, 2012, around 03:00, around 03:00, after entering the O hotel in Suwon-si, the Defendant A sent a text message “O hotel 309” to the mobile phone P.

A directed K to “A”, “A”, at the entrance of the hotel and the parking lot, affix a photo of the number plate, and K sent to the Defendant by affixing a photo of C’s Ecuas car parked in front of the above hotel at around 04:26 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants came to be aware of C, and found at around December 29, 2012, at around 06:20, the transfer box of the Suwon-nam Police Station, and Defendant B, “C has raped himself and fleded.”
