The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as: (b) around 23:20, the Defendant committed assault against the victim’s breast part of the breast-gu, Changwon-si; (c) the victim C, who completed the store business, was unable to smoke in the parking lot; and (d) the victim C, who was dissatisfing, was at fault, thereby threateninging the victim to drink and raising a drink; and (d) the victim’s breast part was sealed by hand.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. A written agreement stating the victim's intention not to punish the victim after the prosecution of this case is filed.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
