On October 15, 2014, around 01:15, the Defendant driven a B lus vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 500 meters in the sections of approximately 500 meters prior to the Dong-gu, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, U.S. (S.) under the influence of alcohol content of 0.194% in blood.
