A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeonju District Court for murder, etc., and the Defendant currently is a person who is in confinement in the Gwangju prison, and the Defendant is in charge of funeral in the field of Gwangju prison C, and the victim D (ma, 36 years of age) is a assistance officer who belongs to the above phenomenon that the Defendant is a steering force, and the Defendant considered the victim as a "nuri" on the ground that the above victim was sexually female snick, etc., and had the victim thought that he was forced to commit an indecent act by force.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. 2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on February 20, 2013, in the Ganju prison Catus located in 261, the Defendant was forced by the Defendant, in the Ganju prison Catum located in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, by gathering the victim’s her hand, with a dangerous object being used for work at his/her place of business, to threaten the victim as if he/she was, and as his/her hand, with the victim’s chest.
