1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 9,064,164 won and interest thereon and delay damages.

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim is claiming KRW 9,064,164, and interest and delay damages on the claim against the Plaintiff from the mobilization Capital.

The Plaintiff was declared bankrupt on May 29, 2012 and was granted immunity on August 30, 2012.

(C) In order to eliminate the instability in legal relations, the Plaintiff is exempted from the obligation against the Defendant in order to eliminate the instability in legal relations. (4) The Plaintiff’s claim is a bankruptcy claim, and thus, the Plaintiff is exempt from the obligation against the Defendant.
