Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on December 2, 2016 at the Gwangju District Court on November 24, 2016 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), and the probation period becomes final and conclusive on December 2, 2016.

[Criminal facts] On August 17, 2017, the Defendant driven a C-car without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 45 km section from the time of the death of the school in the Hamyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20 km to the front road of the Chungcheong principal middle school located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu.
