Report No. 2’s purport: Report No. 2020-257 by employees, etc.: (a) the details of an employee, etc.’s harshly reporting an act of corruption: entering into and implementing a contract to which the Korea Electric Technology is a public institution under Article 2 subparag. 4 of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of Civil Rights Commission (hereinafter “Corruption and Interests”), such as a supplementary report, to which the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, etc., which are the Acts and subordinate statutes of the Republic of Korea, Articles 38-2(3) and 95-2 of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Articles 38-2(3) and 95-2 of the Act on Contracts to which the State is a Party, and Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Act on the Protection of Public Interest Reporters, including Acts and subordinate statutes of the Republic of Korea, occupational breach of trust, fraud, and obstruction of duties, thereby reporting an act of corruption and an act of corruption under Article 2 subparag. 4(c) of the Act.
