Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From 2002 to 200, the defendant has been in office as the head of a kindergarten E (hereinafter referred to as a " kindergarten") located in Suwon-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as the "GG") and has overall control and management of the overall affairs concerning the operation of the kindergarten.

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant from April 29, 2013 to the same year.

As above, the Defendant deceivings the Korea Shipping Education Support Agency as above, and he was deposited KRW 2 million from the person in charge of the Korea Shipping Education Support Agency on May 14, 2013 to the Korea Bank Education Expense Account (G) (hereinafter referred to as the “School Expense Account”) of the E KindergartenF.

B. From May 22, 2014 to around May 28, 2014, the Defendant filed a false application for the cost of improving the religious order environment in the same manner as the above A, thereby deceiving the Shipping Office of Education and being transferred KRW 1 million on July 1, 2014 to the said school expense account.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of the official duties in a deceptive scheme, as set out in the above 1-A, B. The Defendant set up and submitted a false plan to enforce the cost of improving the religious order environment by accessing the work portal data management system at the time set forth in the above 1-A, thereby interfering with H’s legitimate performance of duties as a public official in charge of improving the religious order environment

3. The Defendant: (a) received subsidies from the Office of Education, such as a half of 220,000 won for each kindergarten student, and a half of 290,000 won for each kindergarten student, from the Maritime Transport Education Support Office for each month; (b) received subsidies from the Office of Education, such as tuition expenses for young children, as a kindergarten tuition account; and (c) transferred the false teaching material price of KRW 1,50,000 to the I Account on September 16, 2014 while keeping it for the said Office of Education, and then received the full amount in cash.
