Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1 and 3 as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant purchased fishery products, such as fall, etc. from the Plaintiff from May 22, 2012 to May 22, 2012, and recognized the fact that the amount of the goods unpaid by the said date was a total of KRW 1,474,90.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 1,474,900 won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 2, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is obviously a day following the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case.
