1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 100,000,000 and the year from January 19, 2013 to October 25, 2016;

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is running real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Busan Dong-gu, Busan. (2) The Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) concluded a mutual aid agreement with Defendant B to compensate the client for property damage by intention or negligence during the period of mutual aid between January 4, 2013 and January 4, 2014.

3) The Plaintiff is a broker of Defendant B, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) as follows.

H hotel (hereinafter referred to as “instant hotel”) being newly constructed on the land of Busan Shipping Daegu G and 13 lots from or F.

) A fee-charging parking lot (hereinafter “instant parking lot”)

B. Around April 30, 2010, when the date of the instant development project (hereinafter referred to as the “instant development project”) was the first contractor of the instant hotel development project (hereinafter referred to as “the instant development project”) and as the representative director of E, the first contractor of the instant development project, the Plaintiff was unable to operate the company due to the shortage of operating capital, when and when the construction, which was suspended due to the failure of the first contractor, was resumed, and thus, would normally be able to sell the hotel.

2) From around 2010 to E, Defendant B entered into a lease agreement under which the said Defendant leased the instant parking lot of KRW 150 million from E, and KRW 7 million per month, and around that time, Defendant B paid KRW 20 million as the down payment to I, the representative director of E, who is the first contractor. (3) The construction which was interrupted due to the failure of payment for the first contractor, was resumed on September 27, 2012, but the instant development project executor is from E.
