1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from September 1, 2016 to August 10, 2017 on the Plaintiff’s KRW 10,000,000 and the next day.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 10 million in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the pleadings, such as the degree and duration of the unlawful act committed by the Defendant and C, the marriage period and family relationship between the Plaintiff and C, and the impact of the Defendant’s unlawful act on the Plaintiff’s marital relationship.
