A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the source of water source method. On March 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the same crime in the same court.

Although the Defendant had had a power of driving under the influence of alcohol two times as above, he again driven B K7 cars in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.160% in the section of about 10 meters from the 10-meter radius from the front side of the Gando Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si at around 02:50 on September 4, 2016 to the click-gu 19 in the same city’s free will.

As a result, the Defendant, who once or more drinking, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
