The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on July 22, 2014.

1. On August 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on August 31, 2014, issued an order for food of KRW 80,00,00 as the money in water at the main point of “E” in the “E” operated by the victim D (n, 44 years of age) located in Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) as if the Defendant would have paid the price although there is no intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol; and (d) obtained the victim with an order for alcohol from the victim and the victim with an amount of KRW 10,00,00 in total equivalent to the market price of KRW 80,00,00.

2. On September 6, 2014, around 01:50, the Defendant ordered food at the “H” main point of the Victim G (33 years old) operation in the North-gu, Gwangju, North-gu, and the fourth floor, but ordered the manager’s name in the place to pay the price without any intent or ability to pay the price. The Defendant ordered the manager’s name in charge of the place to provide alcohol and he/she received an order from the above person in charge of the name, and acquired it by fraud, being provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 236,00 in total at the market price of KRW 236,00 from the market price.

3. On September 7, 2014, around 22:45, the Defendant issued an order for food at the “K” station in the “K” station in the operation of the Victim J (31 years of age) of Gwangju Northern-gu I and the third level, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and ordered the victim’s alcohol, and the Defendant received the victim’s order for alcohol from the victim and acquired it by defrauding 1 disease and 4 disease of the sum of the market price of KRW 178,00 in the same place.

4. On September 10, 2014, the Defendant ordered food from around 20:50 to around 02:00 on the following day at the “M” point of the victim’s name and defective box operation L in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant, even if having ordered the food at the “M” point of the victim’s name and defective box operation, is able to pay the price without the intent or ability to pay the price. The Defendant ordered the manager N to perform the beverage at that place. This is from the foregoing N.
