1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Out of the three floors of the buildings listed in the annex list, the Annex A, 2, 4, 3, and 1.

A. On September 30, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to pay the Defendant the lease deposit amount of KRW 32.42 square meters on the ship (a) part (a) connected with each point of Section 1, 2, 4, 3, and 100 square meters in sequence, among the three floors of the building listed in the attached list, at KRW 3,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000, and later, the lease contract was renewed on May 11, 2015, and the lease term was finally set from May 15, 2015 to November 15, 2015.

B. On August 31, 2015, when the above lease term expires, the Defendant agreed to order the Plaintiff to order the instant building until November 22, 2015. Since the above lease term expires on November 15, 2015, the Defendant is obligated to order the Plaintiff to order the instant building.

C. In addition, the defendant, (1) from May 15, 2015 to November 15, 2015, 2,695,00 won [539,00 won (40,000 won for a monthly rent of KRW 450,000)] 5, (2) from November 16, 2015 to March 15, 2016 less the total amount of KRW 60,380,300,300,300,300, 406.36, 305,000, which was calculated by deducting the remainder of KRW 30,50,300 from the total amount of KRW 30,000,30,300,300,306,306,306,305,30,0000,000 won, and 30,000,000 won, 305,2015, 36,36,036,04,036,00.
