Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2018, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a F Trate car without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol 0.167%, from the front of C in Jinju to the front of E in D.
