Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of B-wing and freight cars.

On June 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 14:50 on June 15, 2013, and stopped at the right edge of the road without distinguishing the front line from the construction site of the composite thermal power plant located in 256, Mabcheon-si, Mabcheon-si, but proceeded at a speed that is impossible to know the direction of the construction site.

There is a wide lane, and there was a vehicle driving ahead of the vehicle.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall obtain a driver's license and drive a motor vehicle, and shall not drive a motor vehicle by causing any danger and disability to others according to the traffic conditions of the road, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely reporting the traffic conditions of the front and rear sides.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim E (n, 41 years old) who is the passenger of the victim C and the damaged vehicle due to occupational negligence about two weeks of medical treatment, respectively, and at the same time damaged the above D Trate car to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 1,305,058.

2. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle with approximately KRW 30 meters at the entrance of a construction site for the same place from the street in front of the construction site for a thermal power plant located in 256 Mabcheon-dong, Mabcheon-dong, B, without a vehicle driver’s license.
