Of the instant lawsuits, the five agenda items among the items indicated in the attached Table 5 held by the Defendant at an extraordinary general meeting held on June 30, 2018.

1. Basic facts

3) On April 5, 1993, the Plaintiffs held a meeting under the name of “D” (hereinafter “instant organization”) in the name of the Defendant’s clan members. B. D’s meeting, the enactment of rules, 1) M, Plaintiff A2 and L’s descendants among the descendants of J, and 15 of the descendants, and 17 of the total number of 17 of the members held a meeting under the name of “D” (hereinafter “instant organization”). At the above meeting, M, who is a son of J, was elected as the representative of the instant first organization, L’s descendants, O, P, Vice-Speaker, Q and R as the vice-chairperson, and the resolution was adopted to register under the name of the instant organization (representative M) in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Real Estate.

According to the above resolution, on April 26, 1994, the registration of ownership transfer was made with respect to the Doldong-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, (hereinafter “the instant forest”). On the same day, registration of ownership preservation was made with respect to the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun (hereinafter “instant 2 forest”).

2) on April 6, 1993, W (L) enacted its bylaws in the name of the instant organization. Of its contents, the parts related to the instant case are as follows. Of the members listed in the “Register of Members” attached to the said bylaws, J and L descendants are 15, respectively, and I’s descendants are X 1. Around 1 (Name) this clan is divided into D. The members of the instant clan are the adult male who are written in D door, and each household is the same as the separate register. Article 12 (Appointment of Executive Officers) shall be appointed by resolution at the general meeting of members.
