A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who had liveded with the Victim C from April 2010 to July 2012.

1. 3. On September 15, 2012, the Defendant was found in the above house where the Victim C resides in around 09:30 on September 15, 2012, thereby opening the entrance door and opening the door door.
