A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As the defendant had a relation between the victim B (the family name, the 16-year old age) and the lebama, the defendant had a view to reporting the victim who visited his house with the lebrance and committing an indecent act against the victim.

3. The defendant sent the word “weather” to a minor victim who continuously avoided the defendant from his residence, kitchen, etc. described in paragraph (2) above at around 22:20, 22:31 on the same day.
