A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 25, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant discovered the Victim E (the age of 14) who was a juvenile who was married in the vicinity of the bus stops located in Gumi-si, Gumi on July 25, 2012, and known the fact that the victim did not come home and did not have any place to go home, and had the victim commit an indecent act and sexual intercourse with the victim.
