1. Judgment as to the primary cause of claim

A. B. Therefore, the mutual title trust relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with respect to the instant land was lawfully terminated as of December 7, 2015, on the record that the date when the copy of the claim and the application for change of the cause of the claim was served on the Defendant as of November 18, 2015, which included the intent to terminate the Plaintiff’s contract.
