The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On June 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 10:20 on June 14, 2014, at the end of the house of the victim C(53 years of age) located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant brought a lid lid with the victim on the ground that the victim’s drinking alcohol as the victim does not fit the mind that the victim’s drinking together with the victim would not put the victim into mind; and (b) put the victim’s head into a two-time open top room in need of treatment for

2. According to the records, it is recognized that the defendant died on July 4, 2014, which was prior to the prosecution of this case. The indictment of this case constitutes a case where the procedure is invalid in violation of the provisions of law, and thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
