1. Defendant B: 5% per annum from September 26, 2015 to April 12, 2016, and from the following day to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Defendant B did not dispute the Plaintiff’s assertion that he embezzled money of the ordered amount from 2011 to 2013 while working at the Plaintiff rice shop, and thus, Defendant B’s claim against Defendant B is with merit.
On the other hand, as to Defendant C, there is no evidence to acknowledge the authenticity of the fidelity Guarantee (A 2). Therefore, the claim against this Defendant is without merit.
