A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 207, the Defendant: (a) purchased several insurance products with a high risk of being guaranteed beyond a certain occupation; (b) purchased a written confirmation of hospitalization and a medical certificate; (c) claimed hospitalization expenses and medical treatment expenses from an insurance company at the time of discharge; and (d) obtained hospitalization expenses and treatment expenses from the insurance company; and (c) purchased life-free social insurance for the victim Hanman Life Insurance Co., Ltd. at KRW 171,80 on March 2, 2007; (d) KRW 81,470 on March 8, 207; and (e) KRW 10,000 on a total amount of KRW 20,000 from KRW 20,000 on August 9, 2007 to KRW 10,000, KRW 206,000 on 20,000,000 on 20,000,0000,000,000 won, 10,06,000
