1. The part of the judgment of the first instance against the plaintiff shall be revoked.

2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 22,825,564 and 7,502 among them.

1. In the first instance trial, the Plaintiff sought payment of credit card use charges, Samsung Card, and Solomon Mutual Savings Bank’s credit card use charges in succession with the Defendant, and credit card use charges acquired from us. The court of first instance accepted the claim for the credit card use charges received from her new card and her credit card use charges, and dismissed the remainder of Samsung Card and Solomon Mutual Savings Bank’s claim for the credit card use charges acquired from her credit card and her credit card use charges acquired from her credit card.

Since only the plaintiff appealed against this, the subject of this Court's judgment is limited to the claim for the credit card use fee that the above Samsung Card and Solomon Savings Bank acquired in succession from the above Samsung Card and Solomon Savings Bank.

2. Indication of claim; and

A. On December 12, 2001, the Defendant entered into a contract for use of a credit card with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Tsung Card”) and delayed payment of the use price during the use of the credit card.

Samsung Card received an order from the above court to pay 8,74,020 won and 8,000,000 won among Samsung Card from February 26, 2004 to the day of complete payment, to pay 42,200 won for demand procedure, and the above payment order was delivered to the Defendant on March 18, 2004 and finalized on April 2, 2004.

B. On December 20, 2005, Samsung Card transferred to Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter “ Solomon Mutual Savings Bank”), Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Solomon Mutual Savings Bank”), and on February 6, 2006, Samsung Card notified the Defendant of the assignment of the above credit.

C. On April 10, 2009, the Plaintiff’s credit card user claim against Solomon Mutual Savings Bank.
