Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On October 8, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license, driven the above cargo vehicle from the front of the office of the deceasedwon-dong in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the intersection of about 10 km from the front of the office of the deceasedwon-dong in Mapo-gu to the intersection of about 6 Do road in Jung-gu in Seoul.
