1. The defendant shall pay 25,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 30, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On September 6, 2000, the Plaintiff lent KRW 25,000,00 to the Defendant.

B. On the same day, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a notarial deed on September 6, 2000 of the date of issuance as to promissory notes which became an issuer, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the face value of 25,000,000 won, and the date of payment, the date of payment, the place of issuance, the place of payment, and the place of payment, respectively.

C. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 25,00,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 30, 2010 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
