Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of larceny at the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office on September 12, 1989. On September 10, 1993, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten thousand won for a special larceny at the Daegu District Court on October 2, 1998; on January 25, 2002, the summary order was issued at the same court on January 25, 2002 with imprisonment for six months; on May 14, 2003, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a punishment of larceny; on February 18, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months for a crime of larceny; on April 24, 2009, from the Daegu District Court on March 16, 201 to the Daegu District Court on July 16, 2010; or on March 14, 2003 to the punishment of larceny under the Daegu District Court on July 16, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant habitually stolen the victims' property or attempted to steals the victim's property through three times as follows, but did not receive any attempted crime.

1. On January 23, 2013, the Defendant used a gap in the victim D’s care being neglected in the patient waiting room located in the Daegu-gu Seoul-dong Hospital, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by putting one hand over the victim’s unbrupted hand over at the market price of KRW 30,000,000, which is the victim’s own market, and stolen it.

2. Around 03:47 January 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the waiting room of the patient room on the third floor of the said hospital through the entrance door; (b) discovered the victim F who was divingd from the said hospital; and (c) used the cresh in which the victim was locked to find out the victim F; and (d) took advantage of the cresh of the victim’s cell phone in an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, one head of the Daegu Bank; and 100,000,000,000 won card of the Daegu Bank, and stolen it.
