Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is entitled to receive high-amount insurance money when a specific disease insurance product sold by the insurance company is hospitalized for a long time due to the payment of 16th disease surgery expenses, hospitalization expenses, nursing expenses, etc. In order to receive insurance-oriented travel expenses from the Health Insurance Corporation, some medical institutions have taken care of 16th disease according to the classification of Korean standard diseases in a case where a patient who needs to undergo an operation is easily informed of the fact that he or she conducted a diagnosis of knenee, etc. in accordance with the classification of Korean standard diseases, and subsequently conducted a long-term hospitalization for this reason, and that the insurance fraud by using the aforementioned method intentionally got involved in the insurance fraud.

Thus, the defendant was committing the above insurance fraud in the net area.

In fact, 14 insurance policies, including B, from December 13, 2008 to January 19, 2009, including “B,” were purchased 1,340,000 won from the victim E company for the purpose of operating expenses, hospitalization expenses, etc., and were received from the victim E company for 20 days until June 3, 2009 to December 6, 2010, after being diagnosed with D hospital located in Maee-si C on May 15, 2009, around four months after the date of entering the final insurance policy, after being diagnosed with D hospital located in Mae-man, and complaining of the left-hand kne-man identification card, and was hospitalized with D hospital on the same day, and was hospitalized for 20 days until June 3, 2009, and received KRW 1,340,000 from the victim E company for the purpose of operating expenses, hospitalization expenses, etc., and delivered KRW 7878,708.
