A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor due to embezzlement, etc. at the Suwon Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on October 16, 2013.

Criminal facts

As above, the defendant deceivings the victims as above and took out a loan of 6 million won in total from the victims, namely, i.e., 3 million won, respectively.
