Defendant
A as the representative director of the Bank of Korea Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., a fire-fighting system construction corporation construction works in the electricity field of building E newly built in Suwon-gu, Busan. Defendant B is a fire-fighting technician registered as technical personnel of the Bank of Bank of Korea Co., Ltd., and Defendant C is a corporation registered as a specialized fire-fighting system construction business.
1. A constructor shall install a fire-fighting system in compliance with an order issued under the Fire-Fighting Facility Business Act or an Act on the Construction Business of Fire-Fighting Systems and fire safety standards;
When installing automatic fire detection facilities in the said new building, the Defendant has to install a studio at a place other than a place where a studio is not installed pursuant to Article 7(7)5 of the Fire Safety Standards Act. Although the Defendant installed a studio in linkage with the operation of the studio apparatus installed so that sound equipment of other fire-fighting systems can be operated, from June 20, 2016 to June 15, 2016, he did not construct ten automatic fire detection equipment (two floors by floor) in balcony-type rooms in a balcony-type room in which the 10th to 15th floor of the said new building was installed, and submitted an application for fire-fighting system control inspection on February 21, 2017, and installed the studio at the demand of a staff member in charge of the Southern Police Station installed the studio to install the studio and installed the studio system in a normal way so as not to operate the studio and other fire-fighting equipment in a normal way.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Fire Fighting Facility Construction Business Act because the automatic fire detection equipment installed in the said new building was not installed in compliance with the fire safety standards.
2. Defendant B’s fire-fighting technician shall issue an order under the Fire-Fighting System Construction Business Act and the Fire-Fighting System Construction Business Act, and install, maintain and maintain fire-fighting systems;
