A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On February 7, 2013, at around 02:50, the Defendant ordered food within the “Ecafeteria” operated by the victim D in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and the Defendant received food from the victim with the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with food, and the Defendant ordered food with the attitude that seems to pay the price without the intention or ability to pay it, and the Defendant received it from the victim with the victim one disease in total amounting to KRW 18,500.

B. On February 11, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant ordered food within the “Ncafeteria” of the victim’s M operation in Daejeon-gu L, Daejeon-gu, and the fact was received from the victim with the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was supplied with food, and then the Defendant received the food from the victim with the 1st century, 1 disease, and 1 disease in the aggregate amount of the market price of 12,000 won.
