When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant used a driver of a motor vehicle operating on the front side of the Diplomatic Association located in Gwangju Northern-gu, with a passenger on the front side of the Diplomatic Association operated by the victim E (Nam, 41 years old), and used the driver of a motor vehicle operating on the back seat without any justifiable reason while being drunk.
