1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;
2. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant rendered a determination that the Plaintiff constitutes a bereaved family member of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The deceased B (Os and the husband of the Plaintiff) was a police officer appointed as a patrol officer on May 29, 2009, and was promoted to the police officer on April 1, 2013, and served as patrol staff at the House C of the Government Police Station C of the Gu Police Station as the patrol staff.
B. On April 5, 2015, the Deceased worked in the said C District for night work at around 18:00, a Sundays.
At around 21:40 on the same day, the report of assault (hereinafter “the report of this case”) was received, and the patrol D (two persons, such as slope E, etc.) was dispatched to the scene, but the nearest patrol f (two persons, such as the deceased, etc.) first arrived at the site, and the deceased et al. tried to listen to the entry by separating the Pneute P (hereinafter “p”) and the security guards, etc. for the purpose of drinking sound.

C. The Plaintiff, upon the death of the deceased, filed an application for registration of bereaved family members of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant constitutes a bereaved family member of a person eligible for veteran’s compensation on the ground that there is a proximate causal relation between his/her duty and his/her death, but it cannot be deemed that his/her duty does not constitute the principal cause of death, and thus, constitutes a person eligible for veteran’s compensation (person eligible for veteran’s compensation)
