1. The Defendants transferred to the Plaintiff the right to claim the payment of deposit money indicated in the attached list, and to Korea.
Reasons
1. The facts of the cause of the claim stated in the separate sheet asserted by the Plaintiff do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged according to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8 (including paper numbers) and all pleadings.
2. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to transfer the right to claim the payment of deposit to the Plaintiff and notify the Republic of Korea to the custodian of the deposit money.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by citing the Plaintiff’s claim on the same ground as above.
