Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] On February 6, 2014, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced Defendant A to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a crime of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, which became final and conclusive on February 14, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
