Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business shall complete registration with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu equipped with facilities for singing practice room business;

Nevertheless, from January 18, 2012 to October 15, 2012, the Defendant operated a singing practice room in a singing practice room in the trade name of Silung-si, and operated a singing practice room in a way that allows customers who found the place to receive money after installing a vending machine in the seven places.

2. No karaoke machine business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages, or employ or arrange a loan for entertainment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

(a) around 23:00 on January 30, 2012, provide 10 cans of cans of car and 10 cans of cans of car to the above singing practice room three customers, D and seven other persons found as customers;

B. On March 15, 2012, around 22:10, at the above singing practice room, selling a knicker’s 7 disease to a male grandchild on his name, and arranging a woman’s loan in his name to drink with the above male grandchild;

C. At around 22:10 on October 15, 2012, around 22:2:10, the said singing practice room sold to the male fingers who found out of the said room nine diseases, and arranged female entertainment E to drink with the son.
