The first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff operates a personal business entity with the trade name of “C”, and the Defendant, a corporation engaged in the manufacture, sale, and export and import of feed, ingredients for feed, animal medicine, and feed additives, was established on January 26, 2012, and the trade name was changed to “F” on March 23, 2012, but was changed to “B (Defendant)” on January 2, 2013 (hereinafter both referred to as “E”), and on March 24, 2012, acquired the business in the feed sector from E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”).

B. From around 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with E for work, and was in charge of subcontracting, inserting, piling, etc. of raw materials and products at the Echeon Factory.

On November 201, 201, the unit price for the lower-class contract between the Plaintiff and E was 2,950 won/metric tons (However, the upper-class limit of the total amount was 57,280,000 won, and the lower-class limit was 47,200,000 won).
