Punishment of the crime

[2] On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with his/her duties at the Suwon District Court Sejong District Court on February 4, 2016, and on October 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Gangseo Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 20, 2016, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on October 20, 2016, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on January 11, 2017.

On July 15, 2017, from around 20:00 to around 06:00 on July 16, 2017, the Defendant discovered that the victim D was kept in custody of the victim D without locking the locking device on his hand, and that the victim was towing the above handker amounting to KRW 100,000 on July 23, 2017 from around 20:0 to around 02:05, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims of the total market value of KRW 146,70 over eight times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

[2] On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for six months with labor for interference with his/her duties in the Suwon District Court, which was sentenced to two months of the suspension of the execution of his/her duties. On October 12, 2016, on October 20, 2016, the sentence of the suspension of the execution became final and conclusive on October 20, 2016, and the execution of each of the above punishment was completed in the Gangseo Prison Prison prison on January 11, 2017.

On December 1, 2017, the Defendant cut off, with one mountain bicycle with a total of KRW 500,000,000,000 at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, installed by the victim G from the Felel located adjacent to the Felto-si E in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si.
