1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 8, 2006 to October 10, 2014 for the Plaintiff.

According to the items of evidence Nos. 1 through 5, and the whole purport of testimony and pleading by the witness C, the defendant borrowed KRW 200 million from C on July 27, 200, and the plaintiff jointly and severally guaranteed the defendant's above obligation, and the plaintiff repaid KRW 80 million to C on September 7, 2006, which had not been repaid until the time of the above obligation.

Therefore, from September 8, 2006 to October 10, 2014, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint from September 8, 2006, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 20% interest at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act and delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
