Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 945"
1. A thief: (a) around November 15, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property owned by the victims worth KRW 11,828,00,00 in total, on eight occasions, including the following eight occasions from July 6, 2017: (b) around 18:14, the victim C, who was in the Chang-si Mapo-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, intended to purchase a reflect from the “D” bank operated by the victim C; and (c) requested the victim to show his reflects; and (d) the victim collected two half of 18K at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, who would make the victim known on the display belt, and stolen it.
2.
