Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The number and administration of clocks (one philophones; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) clocks;

On November 28, 2015, the Defendant, around November 28, 2015, posted about 2.50 million won in cash to E in the franchisian car parked on the street at the center of the G Hospital located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Women's Center, and 2.5 million won in cash to E in the fransian car located in E, and as a result, added about 0.07gg of the flusular phone purchased as above to the Defendant’s arms after dilution it with water.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine.
2. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 550,00 in cash from J in front of the Iam in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) sold KRW 13.39g of 13.39g of philopon to 11 buyer, as indicated in the list of crimes, from October 29, 2015 to November 29, 2015, in total, 23 times, as indicated in the list of crimes.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.
3. Receipt of Handphones;
A. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on or around November 26, 2015, once containing approximately 0.35 g of oponon to M in front of L in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
