A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

A public prosecution is instituted against the violation of the Road Traffic Act due to the damage of negligent property.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for ten months on January 19, 201 and for two years on May 30, 201 with labor for the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in Busan District Court’s Dong branch branch, and the suspended sentence was revoked on May 30, 2012, and the period of parole was expired on November 29, 2013 during the execution of each of the above suspended sentence.

1. 3. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) are those who are engaged in driving of F-wing cargo vehicles.

On April 27, 2014, at around 20:05, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle in the state of inhaleing the industrial scke, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in accordance with three-lanes in front of the H Hospital located in Busan, Daegu G, and driven the three-lane road in front of the HG Hospital located in Busan.

At the same time, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, and in such a case, the vehicle stops in the atmosphere of the signal at the front of the time, and thus, the vehicle is the traffic signal to the person who is engaged in driving the vehicle.
